About me!

Hi, I’m Ashleigh Draper, and if we’re being real, I didn’t become a therapist because life was perfectly neat and tidy. I know what it’s like to carry hard stories, wrestle with self-doubt, and wonder if healing is actually possible. That’s why I do this work: because no one should have to face their pain alone, and because freedom is possible when you’ve got the right support.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. I won’t just nod along while you talk (though I’m a great listener). I’ll also give you real tools, gentle challenges, and honest feedback that help you create lasting change. Therapy with me is equal parts safe space and real talk; you’ll feel cared for, but you’ll also be nudged toward growth.

I work with adults, teens, and couples who are tired of “just pushing through” and ready to actually heal. Whether you’re untangling trauma, navigating anxiety, or trying to rebuild trust in yourself or your relationships, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more at home in your own skin.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife, a mom (of 5!), and a human who drinks way too much coffee and believes laughter is medicine. I bring that same humanity into my work, because therapy shouldn’t feel clinical and cold; it should feel like you’re finally safe enough to be fully yourself.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start therapy, maybe this is it. I’d love to meet you, hear your story, and see how we can walk this healing path together.
